Every package includes one assessment and a personal readout meeting conducted by Hiring Strategies. Coaching is delivered by Sarah JanTausch of Values-Based Careers.
Career Clarity Coaching Package: $ 500. A focused, high-impact mini-career coaching package. In a single session, we map your situation, identify what’s actually driving the confusion (fit, direction, communication, or opportunity alignment), and translate it into practical next steps. Typically completed in 5-10 days.
Crafting a Successful Career Transition: $1,297. For individuals who are either unsure about what they want to do stay/leave/pivot or who have committed to a change, a structured engagement focused on making your transition succeed, including a done-for-you resume that showcases your best traits, a cover letter template, and job search setup support. Typically completed in 30-45 days.
Career Navigation & Exploration Coaching Package: $1,550. For those unsure whether to stay, leave, or find another role inside their organization. An accelerated engagement built around understanding your situation, exploring options, and crafting your personalized career compass. Typically completed in 4-6 weeks.
Career Development Coaching Package: $2,300. For professionals in the critical first 90 days of a new role, stepping into leadership, or preparing for a promotion conversation. We clarify expectations, define what strong performance looks like in your context, and make sure your contributions are visible and positioned the way advancement decisions actually get made. Completed in 12 weeks.

Sarah is the founder of Values-Based Careers and its parent brand, SRJ Coaching and Consulting. She is a nationally certified career coach who helps adults build careers rooted in their values, using her proprietary method that includes Generosity-Based Networking. She also offers facilitation, workshops, keynotes, and conference presentations.
