Client Success Stories
I had an amazing experience with recent hire using PXT.
We had an interview initially. Followed up with PXT sent her the page for candidates. Reviewed the report and made notes about my concern areas.
The candidate came in. I asked her what she thought about the PXD profile. She said she thought it was pretty good, and then she took some notes out of her purse. She went through the profile and addressed the areas, without me prompting, that were topics the system prompted me to explore. It was as if she had my notes.
As we came versed on these topics, she displayed an amazing sense of self awareness and maturity. This is a 25-year-old candidate. After that first 15 minutes of the interview she I knew I had to hire her.
Gonzaga University has been using the PXT for over a decade to provide mid-career professionals and executives with concrete data to enhance their self-awareness. The information in the PXT is not judgmental or shaming – it provides a picture of each person’s comfort zones, as well as how they learn and process information. Through this, they can better articulate what they need to feel successful and what kinds of environments will help them thrive. We continue to receive outstanding feedback about the PXT and its value to our participants.

For me, I’m just getting to know Kim, but yesterday she helped me to see the truest reflection of myself and it helped me to love myself better, recognizing that I am who I want to be.
I’ve grown reliant on Kim’s cognitive-behavioral assessment services and insightful leadership counsel. She is a seasoned practitioner of her craft, a source of uncanny professional foresight, and also just enjoyable to talk to and work with. Cheers, Kim. You’re alright.
Kim has provided consulting and tooling to make a step change improvement in our hiring practices for over 7 years. The percentage of successful hires, employee retention, and department performance all were materially improved through some simple and inexpensive changes. Considering the cost of a “wrong” hire, Kim provided extreme value. Her help incorporating and tuning the ProfileXT assessment tool as part of our hiring process was a game changer.
