Kelley Ashby is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience dedicated to the art of developing effective leaders. She co-authored the University of Iowa’s Career Leadership Academy curriculum and developed Iowa’s Certificate in Leadership Studies. In 2017, she took a bold step by founding her own training, coaching, and consulting business. Notably, in 2018, Kelley earned certification as a Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.

Kelley’s work is marked by her comprehensive expertise, which she employs to help individuals and organizations harness the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI). EI has emerged as a pivotal skill for success across various industries and at all career levels, and Kelley’s services are strategically designed to cater to this demand.

Her extensive client portfolio spans diverse industries, including professional recruiters, financial advising firms, actuaries, insurance companies, athletic teams, construction companies, hospice organizations, the Iowa Board of Regents, and numerous leadership development programs for employees from entry-level to C-suite. Some notable collaborations include her involvement with the creation of the Executive Leadership Academy at the University of Iowa and her contributions to leadership development initiatives hosted by Chambers of Commerce in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Sarah JanTausch, M.S., PMP, CCSP, CWDP is the founder of Values-Based Careers and it’s parent brand SRJ Coaching and Consulting. She is a nationally certified career coach who works with adults to create Values-Based Careers using her proprietary method that includes Generosity-Based Networking. In addition to coaching, she offers facilitation services, workshops, keynotes, and conference presentations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Sarah advocates for career development field in leadership roles as the Co-Chair for both the National and Ohio Career Development Association’s Government Relations Committees.

Prior to her work in the career development field, Sarah oversaw Ohio’s graduation standards and operated multimillion dollar education programs that expanded access to college coursework for high school students.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops in search of unique roasts and spending time at the pottery wheel.

 

Andrea Lucky, M.S., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP

Andrea Lucky is a Leadership and People Strategy Advisor and the founder of Silver Fern HR Consulting. She makes her home in the South Puget Sound region, where she has spent her career helping organizations strengthen their leadership, culture, and people practices. With more than 15 years of executive-level HR experience, Andrea has partnered with CEOs, executive teams, and senior leaders to build healthy, high-performing workplaces grounded in clarity, accountability, and human-centered leadership.

Throughout her career, Andrea has supported organizations across a wide range of industries, including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, manufacturing and skilled trades, professional services, technology, healthcare, and global privately held companies. Her work has included leading culture transformation efforts, developing leadership capability, guiding organizations through complex change, and aligning people strategy with business goals. She is known for her ability to translate complex organizational challenges into practical, accessible solutions that strengthen both performance and employee experience.

Andrea has designed and implemented programs that elevate organizational capacity, including leadership development frameworks, manager capability toolkits, culture and engagement initiatives, and compliance-aligned people practices. She has also supported organizations through transitions such as restructuring, leadership changes, and rapid growth, always with a steady, relational approach that honors both people and results.

She believes deeply in the potential of every employee and in the power of intentional leadership to unlock that potential. Her work is grounded in the conviction that when organizations invest in their people, they create the conditions for long-term success and meaningful impact.
Andrea earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and her Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. When she’s not supporting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors throughout the Pacific Northwest.
